Make your mark

The UWI aims to promote transformation in the habits, technologies and processes used to attract and manage a diverse workforce. Our events enable workforce practitioners to connect with industry peers, evolve new approaches, and move beyond the systems, methods and behaviours of today to build the universal workforce of tomorrow.

Showcase your brand and engage with DE&I executives, Heads of Procurement and HR leaders from blue-chip organisations.

Our events seek to connect solution providers and top consultants with a community of blue-chip organisations who are looking to establish universal inclusion in their workforce. If you are looking to forge business relationships, gain audience insights, or position your brand as a leader in the inclusion community, joining an event is a great way to achieve that. Types of events we offer currently

Workshops (Virtual/In-person/Hybrid)

These facilitated events are run in the form of a round table workshop with plenty of time for Q&As. These workshops promote the sharing of ideas, co-creation of solutions and helping practitioners to map out their path to a universal workforce agenda.

Virtual Forums

Run on an innovative platform, the UWI Virtual Forum is a table networking event that lets attendees move around a virtual room at their own pace, chatting to peers on subjects they want to get to know better.

In-Person Conferences

These full-day events are designed to ignite insightful conversations, bring awareness to new innovations and strategies, and offer networking opportunities for workforce practitioners.
