HYBRID WORKSHOP

Positive habits for a neuroinclusive workforce

 14:00PM BST | 10 OCTOBER 2023

The operational habits organisations adopt are oriented around a neurotypical workforce, failing to accommodate the needs of neurodiverse individuals. It’s one thing to develop a change agenda, but what does it look like?

We are bringing together top consultants, change agents, practitioners, and DE&I and contingent procurement workforce leaders from some of the largest employers in Europe.

Over 1.5 hours, our objective is to gain insight into the challenges of adoption, success stories, and actionable solutions being rolled out.  Discover new change instruments, network and learn about initiatives sponsored by the UWI.
