About UWI Events

The UWI aims to promote transformation in the habits, technologies and processes organisations use to attract and manage a diverse workforce. Our events enable workforce practitioners to connect with industry peers, evolve new approaches, and move beyond the systems, methods and behaviours of today to build the universal workforce of tomorrow.

Speaker opportunities we offer:

Workshops (Virtual/In-person/Hybrid)

These facilitated events are run in the form of a round table workshop with plenty of time for Q&As. These workshops promote the sharing of ideas, co-creation of solutions and helping practitioners to map out their path to a universal workforce agenda.

Speakers will have the benefit of speaking in depth to an engaged audience of DE&I leaders about their specialist subject.

Virtual Forums

Run on an innovative platform, the UWI Virtual Forum is a table networking event that lets attendees move around a virtual room at their own pace, chatting to peers on subjects they want to get to know better.

Speakers will have the opportunity to host a virtual room, talking about a hot topic within the neurodiverse/universal workforce subject.

In-Person Conferences

These full-day events are designed to ignite insightful conversations, bring awareness to new innovations and strategies, and offer networking opportunities for workforce practitioners.

At these events, speakers can participate in a number of ways. Either as a presenter of a specialist topic that fits within the event objectives and themed tracks. Or they can participate in roundtable discussions with other individuals and companies to talk through a neurodiversity hot topic.
